Clarity Sessions
$108 ~ 75 minutes ~ sliding scale available
Are you feeling restless and afraid? Maybe it's more like grief. Perhaps, you feel relatively calm, but you are trying to manage new dynamics in your household, like the whole family working and schooling from home.
Whether you could use some support around emotional or logistical management, I am here to help.
In this time of uncertainty and change, in addition to my current work, which is more long term, I will be offering single (or multiple) online sessions to support you in staying sane while staying home.
These individualized sessions draw on my work as a trauma educator and facilitator, mediator and conflict coach and space expert to guide you with various aspects of your life, as you navigate this difficult time.
Session content can include:
Manage fear, anxiety and depression
Build resilience
Address triggers
Create a comforting and safe space at home
Navigate tension in relationships
Establish new boundaries and communication
Create supportive routines
You can schedule one, or more, as needed. Sessions take place over Zoom or Skype.
