It's time to start digging into the Story that keeps you stuck!
You can use the Core Story Toolkit in a variety of ways. I recommend that you begin by working through the Core Belief Checklist, to see what emerges. The checklist is also beneficial to pull out when you are feeling triggered. It is in those times that you will often answer even more accurately. The Core Belief Cycle is helpful to reference and commit to memory. Hang it up on the fridge! Finally, read the Five Tools and start implementing the strategies, at your own pace.
