Get to the Root of your Feminine Story…

o   What if you felt free to be your genuine self in every moment?
o   Imagine if you were truly connected to your feminine wisdom.
o   What if you had the confidence to always speak your truth?
o   Envision getting to the core of what holds you back.

Do you feel like you bury your femininity to function in what feels like a masculine world?

Perhaps you understand that your thoughts and beliefs are connected to your physical experiences and yet you can't break your limiting cycle.

Or maybe you just want to feel fully expressed in the world!

Whatever the case may be…

You are ready to get to the root of your feminine story.

Your “story” is the lens through which you perceive your life and is what most affects your day to day experiences. Your feminine story carries the beliefs you have about being a woman in this world.

Your best version of this story creates lightness and strength, abundance and worth.

What if I told you that the only thing holding you back from living that story is YOU?

What is your truth?

We invite you to release your self-judgment long enough to reveal your authentic, feminine self.

Living your authentic, feminine self lies in your ability to embrace and fully accept who you are, while balancing your inner feminine and masculine traits to create balance. Only then can your biggest, brightest and best self emerge.

This day retreat is designed to help you discover and dance within your story to excavate the pieces that strengthen you and release the pieces that are holding you back.

Holistic Wellness Guide & Mentor, Susan Shehata, Qoya Instructor, Colleen LaSota and Holistic Nurse, Jen Quade, join their wisdom for this unique blend of activities to deepen your knowledge, lighten your spirit and bring you an experience that will transform the way you see your personal story.

My retreat experience with Susan allowed me to re-examine my core beliefs and in a loving manner shine the light of awareness on areas where I wasn’t seeing how some of my old patterns were still at play and not allowing me to grow and thrive in the manner I desire.  I felt empowered by the tools shared with me to lovingly care for myself as I continue to learn and grow!

~M. D.

When you explore your story in an experiential manner, it allows you to deepen your understanding of it.

Jen's workshop is eye opening.  It encourages you to love yourself, to listen to your body, and to actively work towards self healing.  I can't wait for the next workshop and I look forward to finding new paths for healing.  Jen is incredibly inspirational and her workshop is life changing. ~ S. Opening Meditation
Identifying & Shifting your Core Story; Susan Shehata

Your Core Beliefs formed at a very young age and are comprised of beliefs you have about yourself, other people and the world around you. They inform your thoughts, perceptions, emotions and behaviors and become YOUR STORY—and once you understand how all these pieces connect–you will be empowered to eliminate your Core Obstacles-which are the things that keep you stuck, limited and self-sabotaging. This workshop will identify and walk you through the process of dissolving the core beliefs that are holding you back.

Qoya; Colleen LaSota
I am thrilled to share Qoya on this powerful day! During this part of the retreat we will take time to honor our story and feel its physical expression through our movement and dance. Qoya is based on the idea that through movement, we remember. We remember that our essence is wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also draw reference to the movement forms that we practice. Wise evokes the wisdom of yoga, wild the creative expression in dance and free invites us to expand our capacity for pleasure in the body through sensual movement. In Qoya, we focus less on how it looks and more on how it feels. There's no beginner, intermediate or advanced levels because there's just one level and that is when it feels good you're doing it right. We shift from seeking external validation around "doing it right" to a place where you reclaim the innate ability to move the way that you want to move and internally validate your experience- the fact that it feels good in your body is enough!
