Our official time together begins the first week of October. You will receive weekly emails, beginning on October 3rd, that will guide this process.

But, in the meantime, you have two assignments (What?!? Already!?!)

 

Assignment #1: Respond to the Home & Lifestyle Snapshot Questionnaire

Please take some time to reflect and answer the questions, in the Home & Lifestyle Snapshot Questionnaire (below). Please submit them to me, for my review, at your earliest convenience. Not only will answering these questions help you focus and mentally prepare for the program, but you have the opportunity to get my eyes on your answers. I will review your responses, so that I have a clear idea of your goals and challenges. You may submit them to me, via email, at susan@susanshehata.com.

Assignment #2: Building Our Community---Come over to the Facebook group and introduce yourself.***

I believe that one of the most important parts of this process is the community, through which we will share our goals, questions and challenges. I ask you to be as open with me, and each other, as you possibly can. This will help me to address what you need, and better understand your obstacles. It will also help you feel supported and accountable, with one another, which will amplify your results.

***You will need to request to join the group: JOIN. And then I will add you. Let everyone know what area of your home you are planning to focus on, and what you hope to accomplish, during this process. Also, in that same post, please share one challenge that you experience. You are welcome to post a photo of your chosen space. You are not required to do so. I want everyone to know that this is a safe and respectful space for sharing.

 

Communications:
Beyond submitting your Questionnaire, and any logistic questions about the process, please address further communications to me in the Facebook community. If you have something that you feel you need to share with me, privately, you may certainly send an email. But, please know that questions and comments, within the community, may have priority over individual emails.

Would you like even more personalized support?

This includes (2) 30-minute sessions. One for goal setting, prior to beginning the process (or in the first week), and another session mid-process, for accountability and more detailed direction.
