Why do we get stuck?
As we move through life, we encounter experiences that are difficult or traumatic, which can set up our brain with a specific takeaway, or Core Belief, like “I'm unsafe” or “people abandon me.”
Those beliefs go on to create havoc in our lives at various levels, from health to career to relationships, often keeping us stuck for years to come in stories that impact our thoughts and behaviors. This stickiness includes bodily memories related to our trauma responses, like fight, flight, freeze, fawn and flop.
In the present moment, whenever a stressful situation occurs, the body has a default response to these states and we can get stuck there.
In this two hour workshop, Holistic Wellness Educator Susan Shehata explores the what, when and why of trauma, including how to identify your default trauma responses and your personal Core Story Pattern℠ as well as how to navigate them so you can Unstick the Story that keeps you stuck.
There will also be time for a short Q&A, to answer any questions about the material presented, if you join us live!
AND if you can't join us live, you will still have full access to the class. Registration ends February 9th.

Thank you so much… for EVERYTHING! I really don’t have the words to express how much you are helping. I am really thankful for your knowledge and expertise. You are absolutely amazing at what you do!
